Provision of assistance with the development and delivery of a series of workshops in Sao Paulo, Brazil designed to build capacity among informal recyclers to produce and post their own stories on the Internet using audio/visual materials. Additionally, provision of production, direction and editing expertise towards the completion of a video designed to invoke greater cooperation and support from local governments. EKOS also participated extensively in the grant writing as well. Funding from International Development Research Council (IDRC) and a private donor.
